This is a guide in Spanish for coaches and facilitators of community organizing workshops based on the work of Marshall Ganz.
Esta guía para coaches y facilitadores proporciona una comprensión más profunda del porqué enseñamos a organizar de la manera en que lo hacemos, además de facilitar el diálogo e incorporar la teoría. Presenta el flujo general de los días de formación y ofrece consejos y sugerencias sobre los retos del coaching, así como respuestas a las preguntas más comunes.

The guide presents the general flow of the training days and offers general advice and tips on coaching challenges and common questions.
